- Why Osync?

- Is Osync 4.0 compatible with my machine?
Osync 4.0 operates on all compatible CNC machines and auxiliary equipment:
• FANUC 0i \ 30i \ 31i
• MTConnectWith Osense add-on hardware, any 3-phase powered machine can also be monitored – completing your shop floor picture. This will provide basic machine status information like machine On/Off, Running/Idle, and Productivity.

- Is a credit card required for the 30-day trial?
No! The 30-day free trial does not require a credit card.
- How many machines can I have per subscription?
Unlimited. Each subscription can have an unlimited amount of machines (each machine requires its own license) as long as the said machines are in the location on the subscription.
- Do I need Internet access on my machine?
Yes. To collect data from your machine, and receive updates, your machine will need a internet connection. This can be installed onto your machine by the OEM or be bundled into a kit. Contact us for more information on bundling Osync 4.0 with a Wi-Fi kit.
- What is the difference between Osync 4.0 and previous versions?
Osync 4.0 has been rebuilt from the ground up as a cloud-based software application. You get the timely updates over the air and behind the scenes, quickly and seamlessly.
New features include:
- Easy exporting of reports (csv or pdf)
- Ability to query historic data
- Backup and restore tools
- Compatibility with all FANUC-controlled and MTConnect-enabled CNC machines
- Easy to view data (productivity numbers, feed rates, cycle time, machine hours, part counts, and much more!) with new modules currently under development
We’ve also made improvements to our dashboard for easy customization and deeper insights. - Where is my data stored?
Osync 4.0 uses secure cloud-based encryption to store your machine data using AWS (Amazon Web Services).
